In today’s modern world, technology has become an integral part of our daily lives. From smartphones to laptops, we use technology for everything from communication and entertainment to work and education. While technology has undoubtedly made our lives easier and more convenient, it can also be a source of stress and distraction. This is where the benefits of unplugging and disconnecting from technology come in. As stated in my previous article, I am working on being more proactive outside of being a workaholic. This article will discuss the 5 best benefits of unplugging from technology.
